We all have one (some of us may be one!). That buddy/relative/loved one who is always hitting the gym. Or the court. Or the "barre". Or the mat. Or the bike. Or that weird drumming class that's supposed to be killer for your core. Or maybe attempting aerial yoga. Or like, basically whatever and wherever because she loves to move and get real sweaty.
