The most dainty of our customizable birthstone necklaces, this one features the same hand cut and hammered discs, but suspended from super delicate shimmering chain. The discs move freely along the chain, letting them come together as a little cluster of a focal. Each hammered disc is adorned with birth month gemstones. This necklace wears well on its own, but also plays nicely with others.
